I took my BMW into BMW of Middleburgh Heights for the doors recall and also paid out of pocket for a diagnostic test of the whole car, during Covid they gave me a loner car, so when it was done when I arrived to pick car up everyone was gone except a receptionist that checked me out, so I NOTICED THE DOORS WHERE STILL THE SAME, so I texted them back from the email they had sent me the problem that the car was still doing the same. I'm being told that they fixed the problem and it shows they did the work as per the recall and replaced the part defected code 0051170400 they said programmed CAS for comfort accessed deletion of assisted opening, programming session marked both left doors for reworking, accessed and removed cams in driver front and rear doors for assisted opening, reconnected ISTA/P, Finished programming vehicle for assisted opening and tested to confirm repairs.

BUT MEANWHILE MY DOORS ARE STILL BROKE WITH BACK DRIVERSIDE DOOR STILL NOT OPENING. AND BEING TOLD I CAN BRING IT BACK PAY OUT OF POCKET $360 before taxes for them to look at it if it's still a recall matter then they will fix it or I will pay to get it fixed and without a loner car I can sit and wait on service. Heck when I paid to have diagnostic the 1st time it was $189.94 with a loner car.
