This is the second time for the same problem. The first time they said the speaker was blown and their fault codes also indicated a problem with the system amplifier, they replaced both. This time they said they couldn't find a problem with either of the rear speakers and that it seemed to be normal distortion from the AM band on the radio. They said they went out on the lot and compared a 2018 model and it sounded the same. Then they told me they would add some sound insulation to the speaker well. To note: the rear speakers are located in the rear support pillars which is also where the sunroof drain tubes are routed....Just Saying...!
