problem #2

Cascada Touring 3.8L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 3,200 miles

GM is really dropping the ball with their Bumper-to-Bumper warranty plans not covering design flaws in their vehicles... I was forced to contact Attorney General for Lemon Law! GM knew of the problem, yet their technicians, trained for my vehicle had no clue of the problem. Hell, they didn't know the car even had drain lines!

Cascada Touring 3.8L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 9,000 miles

I got hit with a $14,000 repair bill for this problem despite still being under warranty. They didn't even know the car had drainage system at all... and needless to say I need help with getting something in writing to prove GM knowledge but also to clarify that this damage is covered under the original factory bumper-to-bumper warranty please. Files, Names, Phone Number, PLEASE!
