So after I purchased my slightly used 2013 Buick Encore in 2014 the brakes were squealing when I was backing up. I took it back to the dealer and they said that was "normal". I drove the car for a few more months and now they squeal almost all the time. This time I took it to my local shop and he said the brakes were not wore out, that he believes they are made of cheap material.
