This is the second time the Low Beam Module (HDM) has gone out in the last 13 months. When this happens you only have bright lights. This time it melted a hole in the fuse panel. I will be reporting a complaint with GM. What I don't understand is why a FUSE didn't trip and stop this from melting a hole in the fuse panel. Just a word of caution, in Kansas if you are stopped for not dimming your head lights it is a $183 fine. My car is now at the dealership being repaired.
