I am a widowed snow bird in Fl. and couldn't unlock the back doors. Brought it into the Buick dealer and had to them fixed. I felt it should have been a recall---it could have been dangerous if in an accident and people couldn't get out the back doors. The cost was much too high. When I returned to my home in Upper Michigan, one of the back doors wouldn't open from the inside. I brought it to my local Buick dealer to be fixed. They said something wasn't rerouted properly to the the inside lock. Florida's Buick dealership did send a check to pay for the additional repair.

I felt overcharged for something that should have been in a recall and then had to have it fixed again. We had Buick's previously: 2002 Century, 2004 LaSabre and was very pleased with them. But since purchasing the 2006 Lucerne, it will be a long time before I trust a Buick product again.
