LaCrosse

  • Automatic transmission

I bought the car as a demo with 19kl on notice at first it veered extremely to the left that it pulled the steering wheel out of my hand. I am not a novice driver!!!! I was told it was the wheels and the surface of the road. I have had the car in to 2 different dealerships to look at this.. If it is the tires FIX IT.I am now looking for another car other that a GM or Buick.

This Lacrosse has pulled the left as long as I have owned it. Took the car to Sears for wheel alignment. Twice. Long story short I ended up with 4 brand new Michelin tires and the car still pulls to the left.

It is now at the Buick dealer for the 4 th time with the same problem. Buick has their tech. on board now. Hopefully the car can be fixed. I will not except that it is the nature of the car. NO WAY.

Update from Aug 21, 2013: My Buick Lacrosse no longer pulls to the left.

I made an appointment at a Buick dealership and that turned out to be the right thing to do. Long story short, the service manager was the best. He did what he could do at the dealership and then call Buick for technical help.

The service tech recommended several different test and found out that the problem was in the

steering rack and pinion. Replaced the rack and pinion, at no cost to me, and now the car goes down the road like it is supposed to. NO MORE PULLING TO THE LEFT.
