Need help with stabilizing the seat setting! Have been to two dealers with the problem and have been told the seats are working correctly but the memory will not hold. Have been shown the correct use of the "remote keyless entry" system and then working together with the memory seats. Bottom line: seats will not retain memory and that is the primary reason for owning the LaCrosse.

All of a sudden my drivers seat is locked in the position the seat moves to when a person exits the vehicle, which now means I can no longer adjust the setting to move the seat forward and my feet barely reach the pedals as is. All other settings work except movement forward or backward of the drivers seat. The seat goes up and down, the back inflates with air to support lumbar, but none of that helps when you cannot reach the pedals. I have low miles on this car because I intended to keep it once I paid it off, but I am not so sure I will ever purchase a Buick again. I cannot even find a manual reset or move the seat to a position where I can drive. This is not the first problem I have encountered with the vehicle.
