Regal CXL 2.0L

While turning a u-turn, the car died and rolled to a stop. Dash said to roll drivers window down, then up. Then passenger window down, then up. It wouldn't start until then. Only cranked over but not started. After I did the windows, it started right up. Did it again months later but from a dead stop, not turning. ...annoying.
