I have been a loyal Buick customer since 1988, never having serious problems with any of my cars,most of which when traded in had at least 250,000 miles, as I traveled for work. They performed as well as the day I bought them. Now that I am retired and can not afford a new car every 2-3 years I have had nothing BUT problems with this Rendezvous transmission, which the dealer refuses to acknowledge because the computer has not sent an error message. One error message finally came up and they fixed ONE thing ...a harness from the engine to the transmission which fixed one problem BUT the transmission is still NOT shifting properly and of course the car is now out of warranty !! What because I am a woman I do not know what is going on with my car ?? Think again !!
I know if Buick will not help me solve this problem and replace the transmission I will NEVER buy another Buick product nor will I recommend Buick to anyone !!!!!
