The contact owns a 2005 Buick Terraza. The contact stated that the headlights burned out, both of the rear wheels had no tread and the rear wiper blade failed to work. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing. The technician diagnosed that the headlights, rear wheels and rear wiper motor needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure was 137,000. Updated 9/19/2017

The contact owns a 2005 Buick Terraza. The contact stated that the headlights would flicker on and off on an intermittent basis. On one occasion the lights failed completely and illuminated again several moments later. In addition, the contact stated that the driver's side heated seat overheated and burned one of the contact's legs. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic for diagnosis. The manufacturer was contacted and offered no assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000. The current mileage was approximately 100,000. Updated 4/5/13 the consumer stated it has been over two months, and the parts still has not arrived.
