CTS CTS 2.0L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,250 miles

The screen has delaminated to the point half the screen is gone!!! The radio changes stations on its own and freezes, screen moves up on it own, it shuts off on its own and beeps once it happens. It is so distracting, it could cause an accident worse than talking on your cell phone. I didn't spend that amount of money for a car that acts like this and a Billion Dollar company not fixing it for free. I will spread the word - NEVER buy a CADILLAC!!! BTW it only had 45,000 Miles on it!!! I am pissed.

CTS AWD Turbo 4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 13,000 miles

CUE system screen has failed. Can no longer use the navigation system. Research indicates that the screen delaminates and then becomes unresponsive. Cadillac is well-aware of this issue and will not assist customers. There are at least two class action lawsuits. There should be a recall in that this poses a safety issue. I will never purchase a Cadillac again that has this CUE system. What a cheap component for a luxury vehicle!

CTS 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 15,500 miles

Just bought this 2015 CTS last month from a dealership in Brunswick, GA. They didn't say anything about problems with the CUE/Infotainment system and I strongly suspect that this was one of the reasons that this car was in their possession. The car only had 14,775 miles on it when I bought it! Since owning the car, I use it very sparingly and had to travel on a long trip for business last week. This is when I discovered the problems, as I was setting my channels and using the navigation. The screen kept freezing and the navigation page dumped my route! 5 miles from destination and then pfft! This is a luxury car? I read the reviews, only I guess I didn't read the right ones! I have owned several old Cadillacs, prior to 1970 and those were truly the last time that Cadillac meant something. I will never buy another one!
