Ok I bought The Car from Flemington Cadillac In New Jersey they had RunFlat Tires which I have never had the salesman said these are great tires you can ride 50miles on a flat LIE NUMBER 1 because when I got the Flat the rim bent each of the 8 times so that's a lie what's worse I bought Tire warranty and after a 9th flat in 16 Months the warrant people said oh no your not covered so I paid 1,300.00 to take off the run flats .
Now the dealership Flemington wanted nothing to do with me to help at al C.Smith a GM there would not let me talk to one of the 8 owners about my complaint but yet they took the $50,000.00 for the car real quick.
They tried to blame the flats on I live in Staten Island but yet they took my Staten Island money, after that I had the pleasure of getting flats in the whole Tri-state area so much for just New York Roads.
The dealership is the worst they told me if I came on the property they would have me arrested but its funny when I bought the car they didn't want me to leave, go figure so in closing I called Cadillac Corporate and they said well the dealer doesn't want anything to do with you so they said they side with the dealership.
But I do notice all The Cadillacs don't have runflats anymore FL EMINGTON IS THE WORST but the car has so many issues the ride is rough it does look great but that's about it and by the way I still am paying for my road hazard coverage every month and don't have it anymore Cadillac Corporate also not good they don't even back up the customer at all your a disgrace Cadillac as well as the 2015 CTS with Runflats that you tried to blame my driving meanwhile they told me after the first flat that the tire is on backorder and that's Me PLEASE
