We bought this car used. It is a very nice riding car if it would run. It started getting hot and we would let it cool down and it would be fine for a little while. The problem got progressively worse until we were stranded alongside the highway. we drove it in hitches to get it to a cadillac dealer. it was checked out and we were told it needed new head gaskets at a cost of $3,000. They would not guarantee their work and told us they usually are returned for the same problem within a year. When I said something to the salesman we bought it from his reply was, sooner or later they all have to be replaced. We located a place 100 miles away to fix it for $1800. It sits in front of my house as an ornament.
