The contact owns a 2003 Cadillac Deville. The contact stated that while attempting a left turn, the power steering assist failed. The contact stated there was no warning prior to the failure. The contact took the vehicle to a local mechanic where the rack and pinion were replaced. The failure mileage was 68,000. Updated 10/18/11
