After taking off from a red traffic light air bag light came on, within second both air bags deployed, and damages was done to sunroof/ front windshield, and rearview mirrors. Dealer and manufacturer were not notified at this time. Feel free to provide any futher information concerning this matter.

Recall number 98V115000 while the consumer was driving lost control and drove into a ditch. When the consumer drove into the ditch, the airbags on the driver's and passenger's sides failed to deploy. Manufacturer has yet to be contacted.

In a 12:00 position accident at 35-40mph vehicle hit a truck and drivers side airbag did not deploy due to this defect the driver received severe injuries and had to be hospitalized.
