While trying to enter the vehicle the door handle came off in our hands not allowing us to enter the vehicle on a busy street. I contacted GM who has refused to replace it stating that my vehicle is out of warranty. However, given the overwhelming number of owners with this same issue, this is a design flaw and owners shouldn't have to pay for this $300 repair.
