Over the past few years, have received multiple letters informing me about the takata recall on my vehicle. I have repeatedly called my local Cadillac dealership, faulkner Cadillac in mechanicsburg, pa. The dealership repeatedly tells me that they have not yet received parts to repair my open recall. I have also been told that the odds of a defect are low. I am a mother of three. I spend several hours each day transporting my children and carpooling other children to and from school, practices, appointments and tournaments. I am panicked every time I am on the road...praying that I can avoid anything that could trigger airbag deployment. Please for my family's safety, I ask for assistance in scheduling repairs for this deadly recall. I was going to my doctor's appt three months ago on my way back home the airbag light came and won't go off I called moore's Cadillac about the recall they are still saying it's ok I can't take these chances with my life I want this fixed I saved a lot of change to buy my Cadillac Escalade.
