As others have said, what BS to own a 70K plus car and have the headlamps crap out at 50K, and then find out it is going to cost $1200 to fix a #%& headlight. Moister leakage... Total BS, and the reason I will never own another Cadillac Escalade piece of sh*t SUV ever again... unless they do right by me and fix it at a very reasonable cost...

Escalade V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 49,500 miles

No headlights, only parklights and fog lights for the the night. so....my car is basically a daytime car. I can't believe there is not a recall on these expensive cars. I was quoted a repair bill of $2300 to replace new lights. that is awful.Something is causing the moisture buildup and shortage so GM needs to find a solution for the headlight problem.

Headlight on drivers side had moisture in it, which shorted out the bulb. had that replaced for almost $400.00.
