The contact owns a 2007 Cadillac Srx. Sunroof panel detached while driving the contact was concerned the failure was due to a design flaw. The contact stated that while driving at 70 mph, the sunroof panel detached from the vehicle and flew off. Ed morse Cadillac delray beach 2300 S federal hwy, delray beach, fl 33483 (561) 900-3199 was contact by phone and informed of the failure. The contact was informed that the vehicle was no longer under warranty and that the repair would be an out of pocket expense. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and informed of the failure and a case was opened. The approximate failure mileage was 105,000. Consumer stated the adhesive lost and fail.
