Live up to your flawed design and fix the problem instead of having the dealers rip us off. My quote was around $2274.00 dollars. Third party could probely fix it for half that price.
Update from Jan 9, 2016: I called Cadillac/GMC about the problem, said they would assist in the repair, Vera Cadillac gave me a quote with the assistants from Cadillac/GMC for $1917.00 plus tax. Called Cadillac/GMC and the lady said VERA quote $950.00. which is a lie and I have the quote in my file from Vera, and they charged me $140.00 for the estimate. Also they were going to charge me $40.00 a day for a rental car.
Anyway I took it to OCEAN Cadillac and they did the job for $700.00 dollars and changed my windshield wiper blades
at no charged and GAVE me their brand new SRX Courtesy car with 15 miles on it to use for over four weeks while mine was being repaired at "NO CHARGE"
Anyway CADILLAC/GMC and "OCEAN CADILLAC came through with flying colors.
