This is my 26th Cadillac and this is the worst SUV I have ever had. You tell the dealership about the issue and they act like you don't know what you're talking about. This is not the only issue. I have to keep a roll of paper towels in the car to wipe the windshield on the in side of the car. Put the sun roof back and it was so wet that the water was dripping down on the seat. Asked the dealership about that, they stated it was condensation. No I didn't leave the sunroof open or the windows down. They said that is common in the XT5 2017.

I asked them to check the sunroof for a leak, so the sales man takes the car around back, and he come back stating they ran a water hose on top the sunroof and they don't see a leak. Now my car has a really bad odor smells like mold. Phone will not stay connected. The drivers sit, when you get in makes a loud popping sound like it's going to fall apart. Then when I was coming back in town from a road trip the car started smoking from under the hood I had to pull over and call road side service. I get them on the phone and they tell me that the car is not coming up with any diagnostic issue. I asked them if it was okay to drive and they advised that I need to take it to the dealership. On Monday call the dealership they told me to bring it in but they couldn't get to it for a few days. So I leave it at the dealership, they stated that since it was snowing that it must have gotten thru the grill and in to the engine. I did video the smoke coming thru the grill and showed it to them. I had car turned off went in to the store came back out and it was still smoking. They stated that couldn't find anything wrong with it, and if it happens again bring it back.
