2013 Cadillac XTS Luxury at 38,990 miles, suspension went to hell, was told three different fixes, need new rear shocks $1400.00. I replaced them then told front lower ball joints bad, replaced $1200.00. Noise and rough ride still present don't know which way to turn. Advice incorrect called Cadillac as this about 8th one I've owned, be last. Their still laughing BE LAST ONE, this case is a absolute abortion. Where's the government when they build something like this. $60000 down the drain can't even trade it off and get anything for it.
