The contact owns a 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500. The contact attempted to start the vehicle, but the engine would not turn over. He noticed underneath the hood that both the wire and harness were burned. The failure was related to the fuel pump. There were no warning indicators prior to the failure. The vehicle was not taken to a mechanic. The contact repaired the vehicle and stated that the failure was related to the wiring harness. The current and failure mileages were 150,000.
