The contact indicated that the crack had extended to the passenger's side air bag housing. The local dealer haley Buick GMC airport located at 5500 S. laburnum ave, richmond, va 23231 was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 82,000.

The approximate failure mileage was 95,000.
