Rarely, do we have guests sitting in the back; however, it was really embarrassing to have friends get in to buckle up and the seat beat connect at the seat basically crumbed. How safe is that! Seat belt laws! Contacted Chevrolet dealerships over and over; VERY RUDE and UNWILLING TO HELP OR DISCUSS! Whatever happened to customer service! This is not a purchase from the junk yard, or is it?
