Door handles are made of plastic and break continously

Driver side, and both rear door handles broke. This item is not covered in extended warranties. These items are supposed to be cosmetic. Would love them to explain to me how I am suppose to get in my vehicle with broken cosmetic door handles. I have own two Avalanches one was a 2003 version great vehicle. 2010 version piece of junk!!!!!!!!!! Now we know why they decided to quit manufacturing them.
