When I went to have a bulb replaced in my headlight I was told there were burn marks in both wiring harnesses for the headlights. These were immediately replaced and when I came home I did a VIN search and found this was the second time the wiring harnesses were replaced. The previous tone was in 2010 right before I bought the vehicle.

Chevy issued a recall for this problem only up to the 2008 models . When I called the hotline I was told they would log my issue but as of this time there is no recall for the 2009 model. These harnesses have started to burn twice already in five years in my car. I guess I have to wait for my entire vehicle to catch fire before Chevy will admit there is a problem with the 2009 model also.
