There has been a recall on the Chevrolet, Blazer, model year 1996 - 1998 for the same problem. I was told by the service manager at ramsey Chevrolet, my car is not covered under this recall. I was told the parts were worn out. It is extremely dangerous and not driveable so I feel this is a safety issue. Can you please advise? thank you! the wearing out of the front universal ball joint and iver arm is a safety issue and this should be replaced by the manufacturer. Recall number 01V2.
