1997 chev Blazer S-10 windshield wippers intermittent problem. Stop working without warning transmission tcv shorted out, causing computer to short out, requiring replacement gas gauge doesn't work past 1/2 tank no warning. Ran out of gas on interstate.

Consumer states that while driving and without warning the fuel tank crack causing fluid to leak out. Dealer notified.

Gas gauge unreliable below half tank, fluctuates up and down between full and empty. Need to use trip meter to gauge fuel in tank by mpg. Front brakes and rotor recently replaced due to shaking in steering wheel while braking. Per dealer, rotors were badly warped.

Consumer states when she picked vehicle up from dealership, she noticed that the fuel gauge did not go down, vehicle was taken back to dealership to see if problem had anything to do with previous repairs, it was determined that it was not and consumer was told that she would be responsible for repairs.

Vehicle has 92K miles, but its 99% highway miles. The tranission failed as well as the sensor module, gas gauge failed, water pump failed, cracks in the exhaust system, windshield fluid leaked into the vehicle when rear washer was activated, bad battery which was never replaced (trying to sell me a new one all the time), constant resurfacing of front rotors due to unevean wear and a defective gas gasket to the evaporative system. I can supply exact mileage and dates of repair. If I didn't have an extended warranty, I would have taken Chevrolet to court by now for a new vehicle. I don't think my next vehicle will be a GM.

Very disappointed.
