Driver's side seat belt will not stay latched while driving. The light for seat belt appeared on the dashboard and remained on. Consumer drove the vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic informed the driver that the part was not available due to a back order.

Seat belt retractor would not retract all the way when released. Had part replaced with another type of seat belt due to orginial seat belt being discontinued because of some incompatibility with this seat belt and vehicle. It is very difficult to lock belt.
