Consumer states that vehicle's manufacturer installed tint is so dark can not see out of rear windshield. Vehicle is a 2002 cheverolet Blazer extreme.

With 1 rear window open (3 others closed), @ highway speeds, low frequency buffeting in passenger compartment, especially bad when driving along a wall. Enough amplitude to cause dis-orientation and loc. Chevrolet admits design flaw, Chevy open case # C04984282.
