While driving 36 mph going around curb, the steering wheel failed to respond and remained in the same position. This caused the vehicle to veer to oncoming traffic and resulted in a head on collision. None of the air bags deployed. The manufacturer of GMC sent an engineer to see the vehicle and didn't find anything wrong with the steering. GMC denied the report issued by the technician on this accident.

While trying to avoid hitting a pedestrian vehicle went of the road and hit a tree. Upon impact, front air bags did not deploy. Vehicle could no longer be driven due to the extensive damage done to the front end.
