The truck has not been started in 4 years and now won't start. Engine is turning over, but the gas spits back thru carb. Replaced the starter, points, plugs and wires. The problem continued, would not start, gas spitting back thru carb. Removed plugs and dried fuel off and retried. Still doing the same thing. Fuel and smoke when fuel ignites, but no start. Stumped
