The contact owns a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro. While driving 55 mph, the engine warning indicator illuminated intermittently. The speed decreased and failed to accelerate over 40 mph. After the deceleration, the vehicle accelerated up to 70 mph. The contact mentioned that a crash was avoided due to the failure. The dealer stated that the main board failed. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 2,300. Updated 10/10/14 the consumer stated the back bumper popped out on the driver's side twice after 50 miles. It was replaced but, the color wasn't able to be matched. Gas could be heard swishing around in the tank by the back seat. The vehicle has unexpectedly died twice. Updated 05/20/2015
