Captiva

I am a Chevrolet Captiva owner at Turkey, it is top model of Captive called LT diesel 4WD automatic transmission.

Being generally satisfied from my car, in time I decided that one accessory is missing. It was navigation or navigation-information display. There was some kind of displays could be mounted instead of the radio. But the owners mounted that non-genuine parts had some problems like bad sound quality and incompatibility with the electric system of the car. Also Chevrolet Turkey says that, they will end the warranty for electric system of the car in case you mount a non-genuine part as navigation.

After a short investigation I learned that Captivas sold in other EU countries (England, Germany, etc.) has an orijinal navigation display in option (LTZ selection). I got in contact with my dealer to get the original parts. They wanted time to ask my requst to GM Turkey. After a short time GM Tukey replied my request as 'impossible'. Again I investigated it was possible in other EU countries, the mother part code was C95016661. After local contac's inefficacy I decided to ask you with this letter.

Me and about 3-4 thousands of Captiva users in Turkey has the same problem, the missing navigation-information display. Now a days Chevrolet Captiva is the market leader of SUV in Turkey. But most of the owners are looking for the same thing I am telling above. I want you to find a solution for this general demand. I believe that an offer for original navigation with reasonable price will carry Chevrolet brand higher in the market and owner satisfaction
