when driving there is a blind spot with the panel & headrest

I PURCHASE THE CAR 2014 AND THE CAR DRIVES FINE. BUT THERE ARE TWO BLIND SIDE IN THE CAR. THE FRONT PANEL AND THE HEADREST ON THE PASSENGER SIDE.

I HAVE ALMOST RUN INTO THREE CARS AND ALMOST HIT A DOZEN PEOPLE. I HAVE BEEN DRIVING FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS WITH (NO ACCIDENTS) BEEN MY FAULT.

AND I AM AFRAID THAT I GOING TO HIT SOMEONE ONE DAY WHEN I AM NOT FELLING WELL OR TIRED.
