the engine in the car tends from time to time to rev high and increase speed without pushing the gas pedal, it sounds like its getting loud just as its starting to increase. and when i put the car in park it really goes off, like it doesn't want to stop. and sometimes when i restart the car after a bit its still running high as if it never got shut off. the car really freaks me out when it increases speed going up a hill without pressing the pedal, any information i could get on this problem would be great, cause nobody seems to know what it is, and i really don't want to take it in anywhere if i can fix the problem myself. thanks you for your time.
