The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier. The frame of the vehicle is rusting. The dealer sand blast and repainted the vehicle. The dealer also replaced the hinges on all of the doors and the vehicle has continued to rust. The contact feels that this is a safety issue. The current mileage was 19000.
