I took the van in for the entertainment system going blank on me. This affected the back up camera and navigation as well as stereo. They could not find the problem but cleaned the ground wire connection. Seemed to work. But every time you turned the volume up it would go down. You had to use the steering wheel controls. Returned it to the dealership with another appointment at the request of the tech. He said something about the white pads in the back coming off. I would most likely need a new system. Made the appoint but the service manager refused to replace the unit citing that since he had another van on the the lot that did the something, it was not a problem. I have been dealing with this for almost a year. Even though the van is under warranty, they refuse to replace this unit.
