Cobalt LT 2.2L

I have had more problems with this car than I have ever in my life with all other cars including Fords. When I would go to start the car, sometimes it would not turn the key to do anything. I would have to fiddle and fidget with the key and the gear selector sometimes in excess of 50-110 min till it decided to want to turn the key in the middle of winter.
