Fuel lines have started leaking very costly to repair this vehicle needs to be recalled and these fuel lines replaced this is a safety issue

So, I open the switch of the car and when I see was a big leak of gas on the floor and I double check and it was gasoline I scared and don't move the car. I check on line and they said the Cobalt 2009 has a recall for this problem 12V459000 fuel system and I call the dealer and said my car not covered for recall. The same thing happened to my in-laws who have a Cobalt. Absolute junk, with no thought of being designed with corrosion resistance in mind.
