My vehicle has a misty dew odor blowing out from my a/c intermittently, along with no cold air. Does anyone else have this problem and can help me explain the diagnosis to the mechanic shop simple and brief? Thanks!

Looking for a fix or somebody that has had the same issue. There is a smells like natural gas coming from the vents when the heater or defroster is on.
