The key will not come out of the ignition. The dealer told me it was the floor shifter and would cost about $1000. It was not covered under warranty. Most of my mileage is long driving. I asked about it when I took it in for the transmission service around 45,000 miles. I fight the ignition every day. This problem is keeping me from purchasing a new truck in the future.
