strange really, the dealer's service guys are absolutely useless and irresponsible. I made my complaint since 40 days now and the simple seat belt part is till coming and the worst part is there is no feed back, forget the feed back no one answers to the message you leave at the desk. they ask you name and number for What I have no clue. I was told if the part is available in middle east they will get in 4 days as the car is just 1000 kms and 2012 brand new, and if the part is not available then it will take at least 15 days to come from USA. guess what still the part has not come, customer calls them but no one will call you to give any sort of feed back. Service Manager was also informed but he seems to be director of Chevrolet USA. he has no time to call the customer and tell him once that it should arrive any day or whatever. Our excellent agent in Muscat OTE ( Suhail Bahwan group ) looks like ruining the reputation by bringing service attendant and service manager who has no manners and no experience looks like of handling customers.

well I think I will sell my car if it takes more than 40 days to get a simple part like seat belt, what will I face if there is any major problem?
