Corvette 3LT 6.2L V8

When slowing down or speeding up, at around 35 to 45 mph, I can feel a shuddering sensation as if I was traveling over a washboard. It only does it in automatic mode, not in manual mode. Dealer says everything checks out and there are no codes. Problem still there. Would love to contact Chevrolet, but I'm not sure how.
