In June 2022 vents started smoking. Brought to dealership had Thursday appointment. Check engine light also on. Never called me I kept calling for status. Thursday evening couldn't figure out why check engine light was on. Friday finally called back at end of day they didn't have time to look at it same on Saturday and 4th of July weekend so closed Monday. Tuesday still didn't have time to look at it finally Wednesday after complaining to management looked at it and didn't even solve smoke out of vents. Since over 100k miles was supposed to check all fluids.
2 months later coolant reservoir was empty car was overheating. I filled it up and was ok for a few months and heat only works when moving stop at stop sign for a few seconds cold air. And now overheating again. Checked under car to see if leaking nothing. Dealership did some work and was $1700 went to pick car up paid by credit card because I don't carry that much money now they tell me surcharge fee cost me over $1800 now. Asked where car is said she be out front. Nope luckily my friend stayed and drove me around the back to find car. Terrible service and on receipt says they check all fluids. I also had to fill up windshield washer fluid. Ever since got car back more problems.
