problem #2

Jan 252019

Cruze LTZ V4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 62,000 miles

PVC valve went out and caused the engine to run hard, making car rock back and forth. Tweetering noise started when sitting idle.

problem #1

Dec 162013

Cruze LT 1.4L

  • Manual transmission
  • 1,000 miles

348 miles on the car and the engine light came on. They accused me of not closing the gas cap properly but I had yet to even put gas in the car. They tightened the cap and reset the code then sent me on my way. At 1000 miles I took it in for the engine light coming on again and they finally found it was the evaporation emissions canister vent solenoid valve that needed to be replaced. they had to take the entire gas tank and lines off to fix this and put back on according to what I was told.
