When going out a driveway or over any dips in the road, sounds like plastic shield?? is rubbing or scraping the pavement. Was told this is a "sway bar" issue. When I brought back to dealership, they "couldn't hear any noise". They supposedly "replaced bushing in stabilizer", but it still makes the same noise
