We purchased a Chevrolet Express van brand new in August 2000, and from day one we have had problems with it. The first thing to go wrong with it was the mirrors would shake when the van would go up on the highway doing 55 mph. We brought it back to the dealer who fixet the problem, but to this day it still exists. The next thing is the passanger side rear door will squeak and get stuck when you try to open/close it. The next thing to go wrong with it is the tires. The treads wore off and the steel belts started to show through, also we have brought the van to have new tires put on and the mechanic could not get the back lugs off of the van. The next thing to go wrong is the drivers side window switch let go in September of last year in the down position. We had to replace this part which cost us over $100 dollars. This new part is now starting to let go on us too. The next thing to let go now is the water pump. We brought it to a mechanic who said that if we wanted us to heve him fix it that it would cost us $380 (part and labor) this is money that I do not have. This is a van that was bought out of my sons trust fund, he has cerebral palsy.
